So…
What are you currently reading?
What did you recently finish reading?
What do you think you will read next?
So… let’s have a think…
I am putting a lot of time into other areas of my life at the moment, so reading has been suffering a bit. There are just not enough hours in the day!
What am I currently reading?
I am currently reading The Fires of Heaven, which is book five in The Wheel of Time series by Robert Jordan. It is a reread and about 900 pages long and I am reading at a snail’s pace still, so it may take me a while! I will probably pick up a second book to read soon. Just trying to decide what!
I have also started to listen to How Not To Be A Boy, the autobiography by Robert Webb. I have heard so many good things about it. I am only three chapters in, but it’s quite a good listen so far. Of course, Robert Webb narrates it himself.
What did I recently finish reading?
The last book I finished was To The Promised Land by Michael K Honey, which is a historic non-fiction book about Martin Luther King and the economic issues in the States that he was trying to battle. It was a really fascinating read and I learned a lot!
What do I think I will read next?
I have been meaning to read A Different Kind of Lovely (Petra March) for the last few weeks, so I may pick that up next. Either that or Times New Roman, which is a non-fiction account of the author Martha Miller moving to Italy. The latter looks like a wonderful quick read and should be a great counter to the epic fantasy that is The Fires of Heaven. Plus, I fancy a bit of Italy in my life. 🙂
